In era
modern,internet is very useful for our lifes. Internet is a global
system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard
internet protocol suite to serve billions of users worldwide.
Since
1960,first point to point connections between computers developed
called ARPANET found until now,internet have made our activity easier
than before with it's functions. The functions that we can see :
The First
functions is for communication , with
internet we can communicate easier with each other in another
country using tool that called web cam,it's like a two point of
camera,now people called that teleconference. It
moves faster than telephone and cheaper than it.
Second
functions is Information,using
internet we can find a thousand kind of news or information in all
subject from economic,politics,music,entertainment until food
receipt. For students,this functions is very very helpful for their
assignment,now many students just “copy paste” some information
from internet for do their task,and for adult its functions also make
some profit because now we need fast information.
But,some bad people use this functions in a wrong way
like the owner and admin of wiki leaks that spread out some country's
private information.
Third
functions is for entertainment,this
functions is mostly used by people to entertain them. Usually they
open some sites like YouTube or kind of social networks like facbook
or twitter. In YouTube they can watch many kind of videos like music
videos from various artist,funny videos or etc. And from YouTube too
Justin bieber reach his popularity now. In Indonesia some people use
this way too to make them popular,we can say Sinta jojo,Norman Kamaru
and many others. And using YouTube too some K-Pop artist promoting
their music videos or their project.
And from facebook and twitter we can make friends with
people around the world that we never know and we can communicate
with them and many people now look their couple using social
networks. Using internet can be used to find a job faster than using
newspaper.
With all kind of functions we should use internet in a
good way not in a bad way that can make some people feel the
disadvantages of internet technology.
